Email Notes:

• We can offer the fastest support via email (frequently within an hour or two of receipt, but always within 12 hours on business days). 
• Email is our primary method of contact and the only way we can guarantee we will respond. 
• To ensure your response is not trapped by a junk email filter, please add "@karaokepilot.com" to your safe sender's list and/or your ISP's "white list".
• If you have sent us an email and not received a response within 12 hours on business days, please check your "junk email" folder as we ALWAYS respond to email with that time.

Messaging System Notes:

• If your question or concern is difficult to explain via email then feel free to use our messaging system to provide a verbal explanation, but please provide a complete email address with your message as this is how we will respond.  If you do not leave a complete email address, please do not expect a response.
• To keep our prices the lowest on the internet, we can ONLY offer phone support in the rare occasions that email support is not sufficient and then only by appointment (usually on Fridays).
• If you have left an email address with your message and have not received a response within 12-24 hours (on business days), please consider the following:
  • It is possible we were unable to discern your email address from your message.  To prevent this, we highly recommend sending us an email referencing the phone message in addition to leaving the message to ensure we will have your correct email address.
  • Many of our emails are "trapped" by junk email filters.  Please see the "Email Note" above for suggestions on how to prevent this from happening.
